The annual Portside Wharf Cheese & Champagne pop-up is returning next month.
The event brings together inner-city fromagerie The Cheese Pleaser and Portside’s Italian eatery Gusto da Gianni with Moët & Chandon for a special showcase of French cheeses and champagne.
The offering includes a platter of three handpicked cheeses curated by cheese expert Sharyn de Kort from The Cheese Pleaser, accompanied by the fromagerie’s signature apple and walnut chutney. Platters are $15 each and you can match them to a glass or bottle of Moët or a selection of fine wines.
Bring a picnic rug and take a seat in the Portside Wharf’s special pop-up lounge – just turn right at Max Brenner Portside and look for the caravan.
The Portside Wharf Cheese & Champagne pop-up runs March 10–11. For more information, visit the Portside Wharf website.
