Philip Johnson may be back in the kitchen on a regular basis at E’cco but he still has time for the occasional guest appearance around town.

The star chef will be unchained again next month when he joins Daniel Miletic at One Fish Two Fish in Kangaroo Point on Tuesday June 25 for an Amalfi Coast-style Italian seafood feast.

The shared set menu includes entrees of local spanner crab linguini and razor prawn ravioli, a main course of braised blue-eye trevalla served with sides of cavallo nero and potato gratin, and a banana tart dessert finished with rum and raisin ice-cream. Food is $75 with an optional flight of drinks going for $45. A welcome cocktail will also be served.

There will be just 60 seats on the night and if One Fish Two Fish’s sold-out April collaboration with Ben Williamson is anything to go by, you’ll need to keep your eye on the One Fish Two Fish Facebook page for the ticket release.
