Otto Brisbane is celebrating the arrival of the Australian truffle season with a seasonal dinner.
Until the end of August the inner-city Italian restaurant is giving diners the opportunity to add Australian black Manjimup truffles to its menu items. The dishes will be delivered to the table by Will Cowper, Otto’s head chef shaving the truffle on the spot.
The truffle service will be offered on all menu items, but Cowper has also created a few dishes especially, such as house-made fettuccini served with slippery-jack mushrooms.
