Bris Asia’s Dumpling Day is back, taking over Welcome to Bowen Hills this Sunday February 10.

If you can think of a type of dumpling, it will likely be here, from pot stickers and onigiri to xiao long bao and even arancini.

It’s not just about eating, either. The event includes a bunch of workshops teaching you how to make dumplings at home, put together kawaii boxes, and print furoshiki lunch bags (be quick, though, they’ve been selling out).

Also, you can register online for a “Dumpling Passport”, which gives you the chance to win a dumpling party. A bonafide dumpling expert will come to your place to teach you and your buddies how to make dumplings. Cool.

Entry on the day is free, although you will have to pay a nominal fee for the workshops. See here for more information.
