There’s bubbles, and then there’s bottomless bubbles. And then there’s bottomless bubbles poured from a specially installed lion fountain with a tap for a mouth.
You read that correctly. Every Sunday until Christmas Darling & Co is hosting Sparkling Springs, where the Paddington restaurant puts on two hours of bottomless prosecco and spritzes from its very special faucet.
You pour your own drinks while dining from a grazing board package that includes oysters, fried baby squid, buttermilk crocodile, pumpkin and provolone arancini, cauliflower popcorn, and brisket and smoked cheddar croquettes.
The price for Sparkling Springs is $60 per person, with the package kicking off every Sunday at 2pm. For more information see here.
