BASIK Chocolates is teaming up with hidden speakeasy Jack Rabbits (upstairs at Electric Avenue) this Monday December 18 to create a Christmas-inspired chocolate degustation dinner.
The menu has been designed by BASIK’s Krsna Rajalingam to be a celebration of chocolate, the self-taught chocolatier developing a range of double-polished, hand-painted, Christmas-themed confectionary featuring native Australian ingredients and taking inspiration from traditional festive flavours such as eggnog and rum with soaked fruits.
The two-hour tutored tasting will be matched with cocktails by the Jack Rabbits bar staff, canapés and welcome drinks followed by four courses of Rajalingam’s artistry.
