City Winery is hosting its first five-course degustation this Bastille Day, Sunday July 14.
Starting midday, executive chef Travis Crane will use his ironbark firepit to cook fresh local produce, dishing up French classics with a modern twist.
The menu includes coq au vin prepared with organic turkey and Crane’s take on French onion soup. The food will be paired with a bunch of drops selected by winemaker Dave Cush and group sommelier Mark Whitaker.
Tickets to City Winery’s Bastille Day celebrations are $150 per person and can be purchased here.
