The Brisbane Ice Cream Festival is returning to West Village on March 10.
Hosted at the former Peters Ice Cream Factory site in West End, last year’s event was a whopping success, selling out in just six hours.
This year’s festival will feature everything from artisanal gelato to giant ice cream sandwiches and old school ice cream vans. There will be a bunch of dessert debuts, including sweet bao from Chop Chop Chang’s; pistachio gelato-filled cannoli from La Macelleria; and Stranger Things-themed creations from Ruby the Little Red Ice Cream Van.
Tickets are once again free this year, with the festival split into three separate, timed sessions. Registration opens 10am next Tuesday February 13. Stay up-to-date via the event website.
