Noosa export Betty’s Burgers is releasing a limited edition lobster roll. The menu item will roll out tomorrow and be available at all the chain’s Brisbane stores for approximately three weeks (Betty’s management estimates).

The roll features fresh lobster meat, shallots, chives and a squeeze of fresh lemon, accompanied by Betty’s special mayonnaise. The roll on its own costs $19, but you can combine it with Betty’s fries and a glass of wine for $29. Very reasonable.

“We wanted to bring something new and fresh to the burger market,” Betty’s Burgers' chief operating officer Troy McDonagh said in a news release. “We’ve been working on this for over a year, to make sure we sourced some of the best quality lobster on the market.”

You know what to do.
