Ben Williamson may be in the process of gearing up for his brand new venue, 22 Agnes, but he still has time for the occasional rockstar appearance.

That’s the equation when the former Gerard’s Bistro exec chef joins Daniel Miletic at One Fish Two Fish in Woolloongabba on Wednesday April 10 for a Louisiana seafood boil-style shared banquet with matching beverages.

The menu includes arrival “morsels” of red mullet, mackerel and confit fish, before the meal moves on to a main spread of crawfish boil, yabbies, morcilla, potato, corn, smoked butter, Carolina corn bread, shrimp and grits, and collard greens. For dessert? Pecan pie, bourbon and ice-cream, of course.

The whole thing will be soundtracked by old school blues and jazz, with Miletic and Williamson talking about the food as its served.
