Brisbane’s CBD is about to get a bunch of new high-end retailers. Aje, Camilla, Dior and Scanlan Theodore have all submitted development applications to council in recent weeks to be part of the $36 million renovation of Queens Plaza on Queen Street Mall.

Aje, Camilla and Scanlan Theodore will open their first CBD boutiques on level one of the centre, while Dior is moving in on the ground floor. Also moving into Queens Plaza are Gorman and Zimmermann, both of which currently have stores on Adelaide Street.

All the new shops should be open in time for Christmas, the Brisbane Times reports.

“We are pleased with our progress and look forward to welcoming new level one retailers over the coming months leading into Christmas,” Queens Plaza centre manager Pamela Wakeford told the paper.
