On Friday May 30, Alex Munoz Labart and Andy Wilcox are teaming up to create a lush four-course feast as part of the Noosa Eat & Drink Festival.
Each dish will be introduced by the duo, who will share insights into the dishes’ creation. The chefs are committed to showcasing seasonal ingredients from local producers such as Noosa Reds, Ten Acres and Coolbardie Olives.
Tickets are $150 per person for four courses with paired wines. A portion of each ticket will go to charity, with $5 from every ticket sold going to Lily House and $1 per ticket dedicated to Oz Harvest.
