Lefty’s Old Time Music Hall will transform tomorrow night when it hosts Melbourne After Dark, a pop-up event bringing a taste of the southern city’s best food, drink and live music to Brisbane.

Hosted by Visit Victoria as a part of its Twist at Every Turn campaign, the free event begins at 6pm and kicks on until midnight, giving Brisbane locals the chance to explore Melbourne under one roof, in their own city.

Melbourne-based musicians Remi, Saskwatch and The Delta Rigs will all be performing, while Huxtaburger will be serving up its much-loved burgers.

Huxtaburger CEO Matt Fickling recently told Broadsheet the burger chain will migrate to Brisbane permanently next year.

“We’re really keen to see what Brisbane thinks of us,” Fickling says. “We’re bringing our most popular menu items. The number one thing we sell is the original Huxtaburger, so that will definitely be on the menu.”

Melbourne After Dark is a free event, but you’ll need to RSVP. See here for more details.
