A huge cycling party is coming to Anna Meares Velodrome when Brisbane hosts the world final of the popular Six Day track series next month.

If you don’t know the Six Day competitions, think your usual derring-do track cycling competitions including Madison (relay), time trials, derny racing (motorised bikes), team eliminations, scratch races and points races, but in a spectacular arena atmosphere with drinks, DJs and general-admission areas inside the velodrome. It’s basically an enormous festival of track cycling, but flipped on its head and turned into a party.

The Brisbane event will be condensed into three days from April 12 to 14 and is expected to attract some of the world’s best cyclists. Tickets are available now. You know what to do.
