Exposed brick walls and antique-style furnishings give Pearl a Parisian bistro feel. Dishes are inventive and nostalgic, but with a refined twist – eggs and dark rye toast soldiers for breakfast, a Reuben sandwich for lunch or line-caught local fish for dinner. The globe-travelling seasonal drinks menu offers an impressive range of wine, beer and aperitifs, including Chablis, Peroni and Pimm’s.
For a more intimate dining experience, head upstairs to The Servery, a kitchen and bar that feels like a secret club: watch the staff prep food as you enjoy drinks over cheese and charcuterie platters. Next door, the Roast Room is a warm and inviting space for private parties.
