It's a straight-forward formula: serving up great coffee and salads in a beautiful space, so expect Only. South Brisbane to hew close to to the original. Only's owners have a knack for picking out spots in areas that need quality caffeine, and the Art House in South Bank is no different. It's a beautiful building with exteriors well suited to complement Only's established aesthetic.

Only South Brisbane is expected to open later on in 2019.
