Zowie Minchin’s managed bars at Dark Mofo and worked for Laneway Festival. Now she’s got her own place, stocking fresh pasta, fancy tinned fish and other staples, and making a porchetta roll that’s generating (socially distant) lines up the street.

The original generates queues up the street for its sourdough loaves; pork and fennel sausage rolls; and cheese-and-oregano pastries. Its sibling – with a near-identical menu – is tasked with alleviating that demand.

Watch your pastéis de nata be made, then eat them fresh from the oven – flaky, silky and with a touch of cinnamon.
