Features
European baking techniques are what matters at this family-run operation. All products use a sourdough starter as their only leavening agent, with nothing pre-packaged. Lining the shelves behind the counter are classic white, wheat-free spelt and rye, ciabatta and more.
But it’s hard to look past the pastry cabinet, filled with flaky croissants, artfully coiled danishes and morning buns the size of a small child’s fist.
But if you’re sitting in, you’ll find a bakery driven menus of pies and pasties, alongside simple salads and coffee by Caffee Da Mitolo. There’s also a retail section stocked with family-sized pies, lasagnes and pantry items to take home for a quick-and-easy weeknight meal.
