In Adelaide’s historic tunnels, where gold was stored in the 1850s, Broadsheet held a roaming wine and food celebration to mark the latest release of the Patricia wine range.

Guests sampled each of the new-release Patricia wines including sparkling pinot chardonnay, chardonnay, shiraz, cabernet sauvignon and noble riesling. Each wine was matched with food by the best family-run producers in South Australia.

Angelakis Brothers served freshly shucked oysters on arrival; Dough dripped raclette over freshly baked baguettes; Barossa Fine Foods made roast beef buns; La Casa del Formaggio made ricotta cannoli stuffed with chocolate; and San Jose Smallgoods showcased its bresaola.
