This One Thing: A (Pretty Much) Free Wagyu Cheeseburger From a Norwood Fine Diner

Arkhe is best known for fine-dining Australian barbeque. How: A seared Mayura Station Wagyu beef patty topped with a slice of cheese and bread-and-butter pickles from small producer My Grandma Ben is sandwiched between two halves of a brioche potato bun, slathered in house-made barbeque sauce.
