If you’ve ever wanted to visit Porteno or Ester in Sydney, Etta in Melbourne or even Lyle’s in London, the new chef collaboration dinners at Kellie’s fire-fuelled Norwood diner let you experience them right here in Adelaide.

Jake Kellie’s latest collaboration series brings some of the best local and international chefs to Adelaide for one-off dinners at Arkhe, in partnership with Laphroaig Whisky.

Building on the success of last year’s collab with David Thompson, Martin Boetz and Louis Tikaram as part of the Tasting Australia program, Kellie and the Arkhe team will be presenting 12 celebrated chefs for a series of special dinners over 12 months.

The series kicks off on Thursday April 11 with Elvis Abrahanowicz and Ben Milgate of Porteno, an Argentine grill that’s widely considered one of Sydney’s premier steak restaurants. For $300 per head, diners will get a four flame-fuelled courses, as well as a Laphroaig cocktail and tasting flight.

Two more well-known Sydney figures are set to follow the Porteno team: Jemma Whiteman from Ante and Mat Lindsay of Surry Hills mainstay Ester. Later in the year, Kellie will collaborate with Kiwi chef Vaughan Mabee of Queenstown restaurant Amisfield, Rosheen Kaul from Melbourne’s Etta and James Lowe of Lyle’s in London. Further Arkhe & Friends collaborations will be announced later in the year.
