Four intimate dinners focussing on a different modern-Asian ingredient – and matching spirit – each week.

The head chef of Electra House Hotel’s Level One restaurant, Josh Kim, is hosting four share-plate dinners to highlight his favourite modern-Asian ingredients and matching spirits.

Each event in the Small Dinner Series will be open to 14 guests only. On August 28 the theme is “carnivore” and the booze of choice is bourbon; September 19 will feature seafood and Japanese whisky; October 16 is all about veggies and London's acclaimed Sipsmith Gin; and the final meal, on November 21, will pair chicken-based dishes with Japanese gin.

It’s $95 a head and dinner starts at 6.30pm.
