Electra House Hotel’s Level One restaurant is putting a modern-Asian twist on the boozy bottomless brunch trend with Nom Nom Cha.

The 90-minute brunch sittings on Saturday October 26 will include dishes such as spicy XO silken tofu, mac’n’cheese spring rolls, char siu pork and house-made wontons, plus all the prosecco you can drink in two hours.

From 12pm-2pm. Tickets are $69.
