The Stag Public House is trying a new Friday-night formula for the duration of Adelaide Fringe. Natural wine, plus disco.
Naturally Disco launches the same night as the festival (February 15) and will mix organic and bio-dynamic wines from Australia’s top low-intervention producers with 1970s disco.
For Naturally Disco’s opening night, some of Australia’s best natural winemakers – locals Shobbrook, Ochota Barrels and Jauma and WA's Blind Corner – will be pouring the drinks.
Tastings will run from 6pm to 9pm, then DJs will spin boogie classics from 10pm.
It coincides with the launch of The Stag's new food menu, courtesy of recently recruited head chef Matt Eustis (ex-Stone's Throw, Press), so you can snack on burrata and eggplant, kingfish ceviche, and lamb and harissa-spiced sausage rolls while you're at it.
Free entry before 10pm.
