The Good Project: Human Connection

Sun 15th September, 2019
Enough Studio
298–300 Unley Road, Hyde Park
Price: $130–$200
An interactive workshop (and brunch) with a loneliness expert, which is all about building strong relationships.

In an era of unprecedented, rapid-fire connectedness, building meaningful, long-lasting relationships is paradoxically harder than ever.

As part of its new series focussed all things “good” – The Good Project – hair salon and event space Enough Studio, with Yoga & Co's Lisa Tan, is hosting a workshop with clinical psychologist Dr Michelle Lim that’s all about human connection.

Dr Lim is a senior lecturer at Melbourne’s Swinburne University and leads the Social Health and Wellbeing (SHAW) Laboratory, which was set up to examine the ways loneliness and isolation can negatively impact the human experience.

The interactive morning session will offer tips for establishing and maintaining strong relationships, plus a delicious brunch from the crew at My Grandma Ben, hot drinks, and a goodie bag to take home.

From 9.30am to 12pm.
