Sample gins from more than 20 of the country's top producers – all under one roof.

It's no secret South Australia is producing an inordinate number of new, experimental and delicious gins. They’re a defining part of the new wave of gin in Australia.

Gincident is a festival dedicated to the (usually) clear stuff that debuted in 2018. It’s back in 2019, and bringing together more than 20 distillers from all over the country.

Representing SA will be Never Never Distilling Co (winner of a world’s-best-gin award earlier this year), Prohibition Liquor Co, Imperial Measures Distilling, Happenstance Distillery, Seppeltsfield Road Distillers, Kangaroo Island Spirits, 5Nines Distilling, Ambleside Distillers and more.

They’ll be joined by big-hitters from interstate including the just-pronounced International Gin Producer of the Year, Victoria’s Four Pillars, Sydney’s Archie Rose Distilling Co, and Tasmania's McHenry Distillery.

There’ll be free tastings and gin masterclasses. And at the main bar, run by gin den The Howling Owl, sip cocktails made with gins you've just been introduced to.

You’ll also find drinks from Squatters Collective, a new cellar door for artisanal (and non-alcoholic) beverage brands, including Mischief Brew, Juice Quest and BLK MRKT Coffee.

There’ll also be a cracking food line-up. Think Adelaide’s best vegan Greek joint Staazi & Co, grazing-box experts Forage & Feast, plus Spain Gourmet Paella and The Sweet Spaniard Churros.

Tickets include a take-home cup and free tastings.

From 12pm to 7pm.
