Adelaide's CheeseFest+Ferment is back for 2020, with a new name and new home. This version is smaller than usual, but no less cheesy and flavour-packed.
Gather & Graze will spotlight South Australia's leading producers of cheese and fermented food, as well as niche bars to enjoy wine, beer gin and other fermented drinks.
The scaled-down festival will feature live cooking demonstrations from producers and chefs, such as Maggie Beer, Simon Bryant, Emma McCaskill and more.
Attendees will have the chance to talk to food and wine producers, chefs and cheesemakers about their businesses and products in a safe environment.
There will also be live-music performances and demonstrations from local artists.
There are four sessions running across two days:
11am–3pm and 4pm–9pm on Saturday
10am–2pm and 3pm–7pm on Sunday
Tickets include a free Reidel glass and eco-bag to take home, plus a token for a free glass of Coriole Vineyards wine.
All tickets must be bought online; no on-site ticket sales will be made.
