King William Street rooftop bar 2KW has launched a new list of non-alcoholic drinks – in addition to its existing menu – for those partaking in Dry (or Dry-ish) July this year.
It’s in partnership with Sydney-based non-alcoholic-spirits producer Lyre’s, which has a range of products that expertly simulate the flavour of booze – all the way down to the burn.
Using the Lyre’s range, the 2KW team has put together a list of mocktails that taste like the real deal. Sip an Espresso Martini, Negroni, Amaretto Sour, Mojito, Mai Tai or a Clover Club – but save yourself the hangover.
Two dollars from every drink purchased will go to the Dry July Foundation, which supports people with cancer. Plus, Lyre’s has donated a selection of its spirits to the cause.
