Dan Hong is executive chef of multiple restaurants across Sydney (Ms G’s, Sushi-E, Lotus Bistro, Queen Chow and Mr Wong). He’s also worked at elite venues such as Tetsuya’s, Marque and Bentley. And next month he's coming to Adelaide for one night only and taking over the kitchen at Hyde Park's neighbourhood izakaya, Shosho.
The menu is still under wraps but you can expect six courses (with optional matching beverages) of the sorts of innovative, crowd-pleasing spins on traditional Asian dishes seen at Ms G’s and Mr Wong (take these self-saucing cheeseburger spring rolls, for example).
