Cantina OK! Takeover at Maybe Mae

Sydney bar Cantina OK! packs a mighty punch from its tiny location in a converted garage on a CBD laneway. The team is lauded for their Margaritas and ornate Nepalese ice-shaving machine.

Next week the team – and the machine – are coming to town for a one-day pop-up at Peel Street cocktail bar Maybe Mae. From 5pm, the team will serve Cantina OK’s signature Margarita, a blended sweet-and-sour pineapple Margarita topped with a fiery cascabel powder, and the two-toned Nevada OK, made with tequila, lime leaf soda, Thai basil jelly, watermelon and shaved ice.

Industry insiders and cocktail enthusiasts are also invited to a masterclass from Handcrafted Hospitality’s Jordan Grocock and Chris Elliott. The event will run from 2pm till 4pm and RSVPs are essential.
