Botanic Gardens Restaurant is making the most of the warmer weather with four intimate lunches scheduled for October, November, December and January.
The lunches, each limited to a small group of 12 diners, will begin with a guided garden tour with executive chef Paul Baker, who’ll walk guests through the abundance of produce he forages daily. A snack and a drink under the plane trees will follow, before a four-course “chef’s table” meal, harnessing the ingredients discussed on the tour. Pair the meal with matched wines as selected by sommelier Luca Abbatiello, or choose from an extensive wine list.
Sittings will take place at 12pm on October 25, November 30, December 21 and January 24, preceded by a garden tour at 10.45am.
