Womad is like something out of a dream. What other festival in Australia programs yoga, modern dance, British house music and German electronica on the very same day? It’s the sort of thing that could only happen at the utopia that is Womad.

To capture the magic in all its glory, Broadsheet photographer Harry Winnall spent one night snapping the crowds, the stage and everything in between.
