Work Cafe
With ultra-hip, almost punk branding, Work brings a different kind of energy to the city cafe scene. This minimalist spot has your daily ritual covered with brews by iconic Adelaide roastery, Rio Coffee, enhanced by perfectly laminated pastries and croissants by Prove Patisserie in Stepney.
Prove also supplies fresh bread for sandwiches; perhaps a chicken cotoletta focaccia with “Nonna’s sugo”, or a simple and tasty vegan number with fresh tomato, herbs and a creamy vegan mayo. For breakfast, you can’t go past the sausage and egg muffin, made with pork and beef Italian sausage, free-range egg, American cheddar, pickles and a house-made Work sauce.
