In 2016 the 1902-built Magill Institute got a clean, minimalist makeover, allowing the lofty ceilings of the theatre and the Federation-era charm to speak for themselves.

There's a full breakfast menu, and pies and desserts appear as quick lunch options for students ducking out from the nearby UniSA campus. For coffee, Hibernia uses a custom blend from Glandore’s Patio Coffee Roasters.
