Make your own Christmas kraut, pickled cherries, wreaths, brews and tonics with native food expert Rebecca Sullivan.

Make merry (and gifts and goodies) just in time for Christmas at Plant 4 Bowden tomorrow night.

Local cook, native food expert and author of The Art of the Natural Home Rebecca Sullivan will lead a three-hour, hands-on workshop on DIY Christmas treats. She’ll be joined by London cook and author of Tonics & Teas Rachel de Thample and Gut Feeling founder (and 2017 Masterchef contestant) Sam Whitehead.

Guests will get to take home self-made sauerkraut, pickled cherries, brews and tonics plus environmentally friendly make-up and skin care to gift to friends and family (or keep for yourself).

De Thample and Sullivan’s new books and Gut Feeling’s fermented products will be available for sale. There will also be drinks and snacks to enjoy throughout the night.

The Art of the Natural Christmas is on Wednesday December 13 from 6.30pm to 9.30pm at Plant 4 Bowden. Tickets are available online.
