Mayor Bar & Dining represents a clear vision from husband and wife team Amy and Jorge Marrero. It represents a New York Feel with high ceilings, smokey greys, exposed brick and images of the NYC’s mayor.

With its central bar, tight menu (keep an eye out for the southern wings with blue-cheese dip) and inviting chesterfield couches, The Mayor has stepped up in slick style to fill a gap on the Cremorne strip.

The cocktail list is full of signatures like the ‘sneaky sneaky’, designed with the help of Jason Crawley (of Hilton’s Zeta Bar fame). They have classics, yet they also offer a range of signature cocktails, that incorporate their own unique flavour.
