Sydney Architecture Festival

Back for the seventh year, The Sydney Architecture Festival has expanded in 2013. Featuring over 60 events around Sydney, it will be held in the streets that form the town, a celebration of the city under the theme "Your City, Your Community".

The festival functions as a way for residents to more directly engage with the structures that quite literally form the building blocks of their lives, allowing people to appreciate both individual constructs and an overall environment.

Launching at Grasshopper Bar, the official festival bar and venue partner, the festival includes events in Mosman, Hornsby and the inner city. Both the MCA and Power House Museum will be taking part this year hosting events such as the Beaux Arts Ball and (wo)man in the Mirror. A special Festival Hub will also be located in Parramatta this year with a full day of events being held there on November 2.
