Photographic exhibition by Sydney photographer Rafaela Pandolfini, One’s Own Dual takes you on a journey through the depths of darkness with an immersive and theatrical installation at First Draft Gallery.

A video piece made up of intricately sequenced colour photos flickers in and out of time. Mirrors serve as a reminder to the viewer of who is in frame and who is left out. Photographs stain grey and green walls and black curtains billow asymmetrically to cover up and contain you within the heavy feeling of darkness that is being explored and exhibited.

Pandolfini will be holding an artist talk at the gallery at 2pm on Saturday 26 January.
