The second album from Katie Noonan’s jazz trio Elixir First Seed Ripening, was released in August this year to enthusiastic industry response. The album debuted at #1 on the ARIA charts and spent 9 weeks there. It also won the 2011 ARIA Award for the Jazz Category.

The trio of Katie Noonan, Zac Hurren on saxophone and Paul Grabowsky on guitar is reflective, brooding and hauntingly beautiful.

The trio have announced that after launching the album across Australia throughout September and October they will be touring the nation with this new album for a second time. Numerous dates have been set across the country.
