he Middle Park Hotel opened their new hotel rooms with accommodation available from last week. Six Degrees Architects have renovated the 120 year-old pub with modern hunting lodge grandeur featuring a classic marble foyer, antique luggage trunks and mahogany lounges. The hotel comprises of twenty-five boutique rooms with a luxury old-world style that might seem centuries away from the trackside location.

They have also launched their new breakfast menu with consulting chef Paul Wilson (ex Quaglino's London, Radii, Botanical) collaborating with fellow Brit, head chef David Marshall (ex-Botanical), to create a morning menu they hope will make breakfast a special event. Breakfast will be available daily from 7am-11am.
