Following the success of last year‘s World‘s Best sessions, Der Raum and the Melbourne Temperance Society decided to bring a little local flavour to this year‘s schedule by exploring the iconic drinks of some of Australia‘s finest cocktail venues, and where better to begin than Melbourne‘s very own Black Pearl, with Chris Hysted (Bartender Magazines 2009 Bartender of the Year no less) along to lend a hand.

Featuring four iconic cocktails from the Black Pearl catalogue, the evening presents an opportunity for guests to explore the inspirations behind the drinks of this Melbourne bar institution.
