ust as the city has started to well and truly heat up, the gang atop Curtain House have released the new program for Rooftop Cinema, and it’s looking as intriguing and wide-ranging as ever. This season they’re having a Vampire Film Week (December 8–13), a John Hughes tribute (the highlight of which would have to be the Home Alone screening on Christmas Eve), and Swayze Sundays through January, in honour of the late Patrick (Dirty Dancing is suspiciously missing). From Puberty Blues, The Neverending Story and A Clockwork Orange to Twilight, The Hangover and Ponyo, the cult classics are littered with new pop favourites. Check out the full program at rooftopcinema.com.au. Opening night is November 18 so plot some dates in your diary and book tickets early to avoid disappointment.
