Pearl Restaurant will be hosting a very special dinner on the fifth of July to celebrate the launch of its newly-launched, Modern Thai progeny Chin Chin. Celebrating its spacious new Flinders Lane spot, guests are invited back to Pearl Restaurant for a Pearl and Chin Chin four-course menu combination by chefs David Ricardo and Andrew Gimber, which will be complimented perfectly with wines made by or selected by Mac Forbes, a nominee for the Australian Gourmet Traveller Winemaker of the Year. In addition to being present during the night to discuss wine with guests, Mac will also be offering guests a whisper from the grapevine into the to-be-released pinots from 2010.
