Head Chef at Charcoal Lane, Damian Styles, promises to deliver an evening of both education and entertainment to all those that attend the Masterclass being run at the restaurant run by Mission Australia in Fitzroy. Providing Aboriginal and disengaged youth with industry quality hospitality training, Charcoal Lane is preparing to host a number of guests for a food-filled evening as it launches its new website about Victorian bush food producers, distributors and delicious recipes.
