Bezela is a deli focusing completely on free-range produce, the result of owner Jessica Sissons growing up on a dairy farm where the ethos was in full flight. Named after Sisson's pet cow, the space is simply finished with white walls and furnished with wooden shelves and tables that carry biscuits, crackers and anchovies among other premium products also has a fridge cabinet holding cheeses, proscuittos and hams from ethically raised pigs, as well as dips and sauces made by an old Greek friend of Sissons.

There are ciabatta rolls for lunch filled with your choice of antipasti and hot dishes that are also sold in the freezer to take home. Her eggs, free-range naturally, are from Kangaroo Island, and sit in a wooden box to be picked by the customer from the pile of straw on which they sit. A lovely personal touch. Sissons previously worked at King & Godfree and La Parisiennes Pates and brings her extensive knowledge to her own venture.
