Coffee Darling’s army of fiercely loyal regulars come back day after day but it’s not just for the coffee or food. It’s the hospitality. Anyone who’s been here more than once or twice is undoubtedly on a first name basis with owners Bill and Faye and their young, energetic staff. Bill most likely knows the coffee they have too.

Together with their son Danny, Bill and Faye have perfected a model over the years with cafes Postal Hall, Federal Coffee Palace and Cafe Racer (all since sold). Their model champions clean design; simple, ingredient-led food; and, most of all, authentic, genuine hospitality.

Coffee Darling is particularly nice on warm days, when the floor-to-ceiling windows get pushed back, opening two sides of the space to the quiet street, creating a peaceful indoor/outdoor atmosphere.
