Fancy a spur of the moment winery visit, but no idea where to start? Look no further than Tourism Victoria's new iPhone app.

ancy a spur of the moment winery visit, but no idea where to start? Look no further than Tourism Victoria's new iPhone app released in conjunction with The Wine Regions of Victoria Guide. The guide is now in its tenth edition, with details on over 240 wineries as well as boutique breweries, restaurants, farm gates and produce stores.

The new free app takes the guide to a new level, with winery contact details, an itinerary planner, a favourites list and space for tasting notes. Most importantly, for those lazy days driving round the Peninsula is the Wineries Near Me locator, pointing out the places to visit wherever you are. Given Victoria’s overwhelming number of wineries, it’s a useful way to find a hidden gem.
