e never say no to a hand delivery of handmade chocolates to get us through the afternoon. Lucky for us the new Ganache shop is just around the corner, with their new chocolaterie opening on Collins Street earlier this week, so we'll never have to go too far when that 4pm sugar pang hits.

Arno Backes, master chocolatier and owner of Ganache Chocolate is passionate about cocoa, and is dedicated to producing high quality chocolate and boutique desserts. In addition to the extensive range of indulgent products already, he has launched this year's Christmas range, delivering a decadent treat with his exquisite individual handmade chocolates.

In opening a second location, the same traditional methods of chocolate making and a classic European style lounge have been carried through from the original South Yarra store into the city Ganache, offering customers a delicious chocolate experience to sample in store, or take home to share.
