his is your final chance to grab something from Ben Pollitt’s now shuttered label Friedrich Gray. Over the last five years, Friedrich Gray’s androgynous, moody designs have proved popular with critics and led to him taking out the Young Designer of the Year award at the 2008 L’Oreal Melbourne Fashion Festival. However, earlier this year, it was announced that Pollitt was taking a break, making this a unique opportunity to pick up a piece of potential fashion history.

Joining Friedrich Gray will be two of the stars of Rosemount Australian Fashion Week, Romance Was Born and Therese Rawsthorne. Standing at opposite poles of the fashion spectrum, Therese Rawsthorne is known for her easy but tailored modern minimalism while Romance Was Born’s loud and proud aesthetic screams rather than whispers.

Whichever way your taste leans, there will be samples, autumn/winter 2011 stock and one-off pieces up for grabs.

Sale runs Friday September 9 and Saturday September 10.
