S
tepping back to circa 1970, the print shirt has arrived this season in a new guise. Rather than bold and bright as you might expect for summer, prints have thankfully taken a quieter turn. From floral to geometric, micro size patterns present themselves in a neutral palette often muted by the transparency of a paperweight fabric. Take these two shirts from Lee Jeans and Diesel. Slim fit and cut in light-as-air cotton, both feel great on bare skin or layered over a tee - perfect for those warm weather weekends ahead.

Lee Jeans - Floral shirt $79.95
Diesel - ‘Sytter’ shirt $149
